Education
Genesis CDA’s Education Department — green schools that grow food and learning, and scholarships that keep secondary and university doors open.
Who we are
Education at Genesis CDA
Genesis Green Schools and Homes — growing food, shade, and learning on school grounds.
Our pilot site is Nzawa Primary School. Trees and vegetables are already part of school life — but the biggest challenge is water. Without reliable water, seedlings and kitchen gardens cannot thrive.
We need to fundraise for water tanks and gutters for roof water harvesting as soon as possible. Harvested rainwater will support a sustainable, home-grown school feeding programme in our schools.
From Nzawa, we are targeting to upscale the project to cover 12 schools in Nguutani Ward, Mwingi West Constituency — so more learners eat, learn, and grow on campus.
What we do
Education programmes
Green schools that feed learning — and scholarships that keep opportunity open.

Scholarships
